How do I log in to a product?
The subscriber log in area provides one central log in location for all web-based products. To log in, simply select the product you want to log in to from the product/service drop down, enter your user id and password and click “Log In.”
Can the site remember my log information for me?
As in the past, the site can remember your log in information for you. If you have selected this option in the past, the new site will use that information so there is nothing more for you to do. Please see “What is a cookie?” below. The new site can now remember multiple product log in credentials for you. To use the Remember my UserID/Password feature, select the “Remember my ID/Password” box. The site will remember your log in credentials for multiple products. For example, if you use both NILS INsource and ComplianceWare, the site will remember your login for each product and prefill the log in fields after you have selected a product. You must select the “Remember my ID/Password” box when entering a new User ID and Password for a product that you have not previously logged into.
What is a cookie?
A "cookie" is a small piece of information that a Web site can store in a designated file on your computer. It can be used, among other things, to identify you when you log in to a Web site. When you visit a site, that site can access only the information which it stored in your cookie -- not information put in your cookie by other sites. The Insurance.WoltersKluwerFS.com web site is one of many sites that use cookies. The cookie helps us determine, for example, whether you are a subscriber to one of our products.
Why does Wolters Kluwer Financial Services use cookies?
First, if you choose the option to "Save your ID and Password," we use a cookie to allow you to log in to your subscribed product automatically without entering your User ID and password each visit. When you save your ID and/or password and quit your browser, this information is stored in the cookie. This ""permanent"" cookie will remain on your hard disk indefinitely, until you click the Log Out link in the product, or delete your cookie file. If your cookies are deleted, your saved log in information will also be deleted. If you have deleted your cookies and cannot remember your log in, please use the Forgot UserID/Password Recovery Tool to recover your information. To set a new cookie so the site can recall your information for you, please be sure to select the “Remember my User ID/Password” option when logging in.
We recommend saving your ID and password only if your computer is in a secure area. Users of public computers should click Log Out at the top right of our product pages at the end of each session.
I have forgotten my User ID and/or password, can I retrieve it?
If you have forgotten your user ID and/or password, click the “Forgot User ID/Password” link to open the recovery tool. Using your email address, the recovery tool can retrieve your User ID/Password and send it to you via email. The recovery tool requires the email address originally registered with your login account to retrieve your information. Log in information can only be sent to the registered email address. If you are unsure of the registered email address, please call 800.481.1522 or email CustomerCare@WoltersKluwer.com for assistance. The recovery tool cannot retrieve log in information in a couple of circumstances. If you use a product that allows your organization to share a common log in, the recovery tool cannot retrieve the log in. If your email address is associated with multiple log in accounts, the recovery tool will not be able to retrieve the log in. How do I order Uniform Forms online?
To order Uniform Forms online, select “Uniform Forms” from the product drop down in the Subscriber Login area and click “Log In.” User ID and password are not required to enter the Uniform Forms online ordering site. Once in the site, you will need a customer number to place an order. If you are not sure of your customer number, or if you need to obtain a customer number, please complete the Online Ordering System Access Request form or call 800.382.2424 for assistance.
I am having trouble viewing or playing an animated demonstration, what can cause this?
- Do I have a potential firewall problem?
If you are having trouble playing audio or video content and your computer is on a network protected by a firewall, the firewall may not be configured correctly to allow the reception of audio and video streams. Contact your IS or Network Manager or Internet Service Provider (ISP) to determine whether a firewall is preventing you from playing video content.
- Do I have the latest Flash Player installed?
Many of our animated demonstrations require the latest Macromedia Flash player to run properly. Upgrade your Flash player.
What browser software is this site best viewed
with?
The Insurance.WoltersKluwerFS.com web site is best viewed using Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher Upgrade your IE browser.
How do I make Insurance.WoltersKluwerFS.com my home page?
To make InsuranceWoltersKluwerFS.com your homepage, you'll need to adjust the settings in your web browser. Please note that some versions of Internet Explorer may vary the below instructions in which case check the browser's help documentation.
If you are using Internet Explorer as your web browser, here's what you do:
- Click "Tools" on the standard toolbar at the top of your screen. A pull down menu will appear.
- Click "Internet Options." A window with tabs will appear.
- Click the tab marked "General." You will see three sections in the window. The top one is labeled "Home Page."
- In the box marked "address," type our URL (https://www.Insurance.WoltersKluwerFS.com) and click OK. Insurance Compliance Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services will now be your home page at startup.
